Acting, Voice and Presentation Training hosted by Ellis Jones, former Head of Acting and Vice-Principal at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). Teach Yourself Acting offers no-nonsense one-to-one and group coaching for new and seasoned actors, and for non-actors needing to upgrade their presentation skills.
Available to non-actors and actors alike at sensible prices. If you’re seeking help with a tricky presentation, or you’ve an important audition coming up, we can make a difference very quickly. All TYA coaching is available online – and face-to-face classes and workshops are available in the London area.

it’s so pleasing to announce this week that Teach Yourself Acting coaching clients have been offered places in full-time training at LAMDA, Rose Bruford, and Guildford School of Acting, all due to start later in September.
Meanwhile, Shakespeare acting skills are increasingly in demand – for example major West End productions in the new year, and two London productions of “Othello” (from the Riverside Studios and Shakespeare’s Globe) hit the cinema screens this month, so….

This autumn we’ll be in the City of London, exploring Shakespeare in workshops, with a camera.
STOP PRESS! SHAKESPEARE IN CLOSE-UP!
A three-session workshop exploring and filming ‘ two-hander’ Shakespeare scenes will happen in early October, with online advance casting and preparation, followed by rehearsals and recordings at Theatre Deli, Leadenhall St Monday October 7th and Tuesday October 8th 2024 in association with Acting Gymnasium. The fee will be £100. This is will be a small group, and is almost already compete, so please apply directly via actinggymnasium@gmail.com
